Golf School Policies

Reservation Policy
(Private and Semi-Private Instruction Only)

Although your lessons do not expire, we ask that all of our students schedule their lessons well in advance due to our short season and busy schedule. This will ensure that you get your lessons scheduled at your desired times. If for some reason you cannot make a previously scheduled lesson we will do our best to get you the next available time.


Cancellation Policy
(Private and Semi-Private Instruction Only)

The Seth Dichard Golf School requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation for all private and semi-private lessons, NO EXCEPTIONS. If we receive a notice of cancellation within 24 hours you will be responsible for the payment of that lesson either as a loss of lesson from your series of lessons or as a separate charge. For your convenience, however, we will give you a courtesy call approximately 1 to 3 days in advance to remind you of your appointment. We always have students on our waiting list and it is important that we receive your cancellation in advance otherwise our policy will be enforced.


Refund Policy
(Private and Semi-Private Instruction Only)

Due to the nature of our business ALL LESSON SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT issue refunds on prepaid lessons since the lessons never expire and can be redeemed at anytime depending upon our availability. If you wish still not to redeem them you can transfer them to another student provided we are notified and approve the transfer.


Returned Check Policy
(All Instruction)

A $25.00 fee will apply to all returned or bounced checks.


Weather Policy
(All Instruction)

Although our lessons are generally rain or shine with the exception of lightning it is our belief that you the student ultimately controls the right to cancel and reschedule your instruction. However due to our short season and limited availability we prefer to have the lesson. The golf school does have covered hitting bays for both private and group instruction for weather conditions that are less than ideal. If you still do not feel comfortable with the current weather and feel you won't be getting the value for your time and money than we can reschedule. This decision should be made on the day of the lesson and MUST be based only on the current weather conditions at the World Cup Golf Center in Hudson, NH. It is the student's responsibility to call the golf school directly at 603-860-9893 to potentially discuss our options.
